Stephen C. Voorhees
Steve Voorhees was born in Portland, Oregon, attended University of Oregon Honors College, and thereafter graduated from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 1979. He was on the Law Review from 1978-1979. He worked from 1979-1980 for the Honorable Robert Belloni, United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
Since 1980, Mr. Voorhees has worked as a trial lawyer defending civil lawsuits. Practice focus areas include insurance defense, as well as business, construction, commercial litigation, and professional liability defense. Mr. Voorhees practices in Oregon and Washington State and Federal courts. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Voorhees is a member of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. He is active in both the Professional Liability and Trial Practice Committees. He is also a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association, Oregon State Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association.
