Robert Muth joined Kilmer, Voorhees & Laurick in 2008. Prior to joining, Robert practiced law in Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina for a number of years and had the pleasure of representing a host of unique clients including clients associated with NASCAR and the NBA. In 1997, after moving to Oregon, Robert worked as partner in a Portland firm and served as in-house counsel to a large construction company here in the Pacific Northwest. His practice, while varied, focuses on complex commercial litigation matters including construction projects, real estate developments, insurance disputes and also provides client guidance on entity formation and corporate governance. Robert represents entities of all sizes, individuals, non-profit and charitable organizations, and on occasion the traumatic personal injury matter, including wrongful death. While Robert’s practice focuses on both matters in Oregon and Washington, he has tried and/or arbitrated to resolution disputes in Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, California, and Idaho. Robert lives in the beautiful Columbia Gorge and absolutely enjoys his commute along the picturesque river.
