Lien Dispute and Complex Insurance Claim Win

Pete Viteznik recently resolved a multimillion-dollar lien dispute involving a delay claim on a large high-tech facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. The claim involved, not only the traditional factual disputes about the entitlement of KVL’s client to pay for the work it performed but a counterclaim by the owner for an alleged multimillion-dollar delay. Further, a worksite accident claim also required Pete to help the client negotiate the resolution of a complex insurance coverage claim.
