Practice Areas

We have a diverse litigation practice in the State and Federal trial, appellate and bankruptcy courts of Oregon and Washington. Our lawyers handle cases involving banking, business litigation, construction, ERISA, insurance coverage, insurance defense, medical malpractice, professional liability and employment litigation. We receive work from regular clients and from other lawyers who refer cases to us.

We handle all files with an eye to both effectiveness and efficiency. Our cases are staffed by an individual lawyer or several attorneys, depending on the client's wishes and the nature of the case.
