Robert Muth joined Kilmer, Voorhees & Laurick, PC in 2008. Prior to joining, Robert had been a partner with a large Portland based firm and immediately prior to joining in-house counsel to a large construction company. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on construction, real property, and insurance disputes. He has tried and/or arbitrated disputes in Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, California, Washington and Oregon. Robert also assists clients in the creation, review and revision of transactional documents.

In 2009, Robert was elected to the City Council of Stevenson, Washington; where he resides with his wife and two boys.
