Graham joined Kilmer Voorhees & Laurick in April of 2006, and practices in the area of insurance defense, as well as business, construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining KVL, Graham was a litigation associate with Smith Freed & Eberhard, where he focused his practice on the defense of construction defect claims. He also has significant experience in the defense of trucking liability claims.

Graham is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, Multnomah Bar Association, Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and Washington Defense Trial Lawyers. He is also is a volunteer for the St. Andrews Legal Clinic.
