Mr. Carson’s practice emphasizes business, insurance and construction litigation, and includes representation of insureds, carriers, and both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes. He recently served as counsel for several multi-employer pension and benefit funds in the largest investment manager fraud litigation in the United States, resulting in substantial recoveries for the clients.
