Mr. Patterson joined Kilmer Voorhees & Laurick in September of 2005 and assists attorneys in litigation. Prior to joining KVL, he was a Litigation Support Manager for Jennings Strouss & Salmon, a 100+ attorney firm in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mr. Patterson has seventeen years of experience as a litigation support manager and senior litigation paralegal, specializing in large document, technology-oriented litigation, such as insurance defense, medical/legal malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and employment law. Mr. Patterson was instrumental in proposing, and then implementing a virtual paperless law office at a Phoenix-based insurance defense firm, and he was influential in introducing legal software applications that streamlined case management and improved trial presentation. Bob has been instrumental in the firm's effort to implement greater technology tools here at KVL since his arrival.

Mr. Patterson has extensive experience handling cases involving computer-based case management and electronic trials. His in-depth knowledge of computer databases provides an economical alternative to clients who demand the very best, and the most economical representation. These applications utilized and managed by Mr. Patterson can create a virtual paperless case file that can be instantly shared, and effectively managed, by each member of the client's case team.

Mr. Patterson has also trained attorneys and paralegals in the latest state-of-the-art technology available in today's electronic courtrooms. Even in court rooms that are not "e-courts," Mr. Patterson can coordinate the use of computer technology into a client's case at trial.

Mr. Patterson is highly-trained in the latest versions of leading edge software applications such as Verdict System's Sanction II, in-Data's Trial Director, and CT Summation's iBlaze, tools that greatly improve a client's case presentation and can effectively persuade juries of our client's legal position.
